Chrystal Sparrow is a xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Coast Salish artist who works in red and yellow cedar, carving traditional welcoming Houseposts alongside multimedia work rooted in her family's teachings and feminine Coast Salish art. Her public work appears at BC Children's Hospital, the Vancouver School Board, Starbucks, and the Lelem Community Centre at UBC.
